Install, upgrade and rollback
1. Finish terminal, file transfer and AI tasks, then quit the existing app.
2. Back up DeepOps.app, DeepQuoll.app or Keelmesh.app from Applications.
3. Move legacy-named apps out of Applications and copy Keelmesh.app into it.
   Replace an existing Keelmesh.app. Keep only the client you intend to run.
4. Start the installed app, not the copy in the DMG. Unlock your local identity normally.
5. This self-hosted Beta requires your own relay/deployment configuration and paired endpoints.
   It does not ship credentials, private identities, production tokens or onboarding configuration.
6. For an unnotarized Beta, verify the source and checksum, then use Apple's normal
   Privacy & Security → Open Anyway flow if needed. Do not disable Gatekeeper.

7. To roll back, quit the app and restore your backup. Do not delete Application Support
   or Keychain identities/keys. The safe baseline is 0.12.35-foundation-rc1 or newer.
   Endpoint release sequence numbers remain monotonic; this is an app-only upgrade.

Cloud AI context requires your consent; private-model selection does not silently
fall back to cloud. Device pairing does not grant every tool or file permission.
macOS protected folders still follow operating-system privacy controls.
This Beta does not promise a production SLA or a completed independent security audit.

安装与升级
1. 先结束正在进行的终端、文件传输和 AI 任务，然后退出 Keelmesh。
2. 升级前把 Applications 中的旧 DeepOps.app、DeepQuoll.app 或 Keelmesh.app 复制到自己的备份文件夹。
3. 将本卷 Keelmesh.app 拖入 Applications；已有 Keelmesh 选择替换。不要在 DMG 内直接运行。
   从 DeepOps 或 DeepQuoll 改名升级时，先备份旧 App，再将其移出 Applications，避免同时启动多套窗口。
4. 启动 Applications 中的 Keelmesh。身份、配对、配置和 Keychain 保留，无需重装被控端。
5. 未公证版本若被系统阻止，先确认下载来源与摘要，再按 Apple 的正常授权流程：
   系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 仍要打开。不要关闭系统 Gatekeeper。

首次使用
本 Beta 面向已有 DeepOps / DeepQuoll / Keelmesh 部署或具备部署能力的自托管用户。
仅安装 App 不会自动获得别人的设备权限、Relay token 或服务部署配置。
新控制台需在本机建立独立身份、配置自己的 Relay，并与 Agent 完成可信配对。
“新增设备”仍需部署者配置 onboarding 服务与经过签名的端点包；
此 DMG 不含任何账号、设备身份、私钥、Relay token 或生产 onboarding.json。
未配置部署服务时不要反复尝试从 App 安装 Agent；请先完成部署配置。

安全与 AI
云端模型使用前明确同意数据出站；选择私有模型后不会自动改用云端。
模型建议的敏感文件读取、写入和命令需按实际授权确认。
macOS 受保护文件夹仍遵循系统隐私权限，Owner 身份不绕过这些权限。

回退
结束任务并退出 App，将备份的 0.12.35-foundation-rc1（或更新版本）复制回 Applications。
回退只替换 App；不要删除 Application Support 或 Keychain 中的身份/密钥。
若配置页面显示 AI 凭据不匹配，请重新选择服务地址并录入对应 API Key。
更早的 UI 版本不能正确读取新版地址绑定凭据，不作为此 Beta 的安全回退基线。
端点升级采用独立签名和单调发布序号；不能通过降低序号回退 Agent。

范围
这是 Beta，不提供正式版 SLA 或“已经通过独立密码学审计”的承诺。
Windows/Linux 被控端、所有 NAT、受保护目录、整机重启等场景需分别验收。
